Message frequency varies with your requests and ongoing communications. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing services.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your choices and assistance<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may withdraw messaging consent at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@horizondentallab.net or 215-667-8666. If you wish to receive texts again after opting out, contact us to provide renewed consent.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Charges and delivery<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile-carrier plan. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texting is not an emergency service; call the lab for time-sensitive issues during business hours.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Photos and confidential information<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MMS attachments may be supported, subject to service and carrier limitations. Do not send patient-identifying information, prescriptions, clinical records, or identifiable patient photos through ordinary text messaging.
