Based in Warminster. On-site service up to a two-hour drive, with route and availability confirmed for each case.
When is same-day delivery possible?
Local same-day provisional delivery is planned when usable scans and all required records are ready by 11 AM, subject to advance scheduling, route and capacity. Later cases receive a confirmed next-day plan.
What about farther offices?
We scan on-site, then plan UPS next-business-day delivery subject to confirmed production timing, carrier cutoff and your office’s receiving window.
What is confirmed before booking?
Required records and components, service scope, travel and shipping charges, current pricing and the delivery date. Share your office location and proposed surgery date so we can review availability.
What is included in the final stage?
Horizon coordinates your final full-arch zirconia restoration with titanium iBar and works with your treating team on the laboratory workflow. The printed resin provisional is designed and printed in-house.
