These terms apply to Horizon Dental Lab’s SMS and MMS communications with dental professionals and dental-practice staff.

Messaging program

With your permission, Horizon Dental Lab may text you about your inquiries, lab-service coordination, pickup and delivery arrangements, and account support. Message frequency varies with your requests and ongoing communications. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing services.

Your choices and assistance

You may withdraw messaging consent at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@horizondentallab.net or 215-667-8666. If you wish to receive texts again after opting out, contact us to provide renewed consent.

Charges and delivery

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile-carrier plan. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texting is not an emergency service; call the lab for time-sensitive issues during business hours.

Photos and confidential information

MMS attachments may be supported, subject to service and carrier limitations. Do not send patient-identifying information, prescriptions, clinical records, or identifiable patient photos through ordinary text messaging. Contact the lab for the approved secure case-submission channel.
