This policy explains how Horizon Dental Lab handles information provided through our website and business messaging program. It is intended for dental professionals and dental-practice staff contacting the lab.
Information you provide and how it is used
When you contact us, you may provide your name, practice name, email address, telephone number, and the contents of your inquiry. We use that information to respond, coordinate requested lab services, support your account, and maintain records of our communications. If you choose to receive texts, we also use your mobile number and consent record to administer messaging and honor your choices.
Mobile information and messaging consent
We do not sell or share mobile telephone numbers or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in records and consent are excluded from any marketing-data sharing. Service providers may process information solely to operate and deliver our communications on our behalf, and disclosures may be made when required by law.
Messaging choices
Texting consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Reply STOP to withdraw consent to receive texts. Our website uses WordPress and service providers to operate forms, hosting, and security. Links to third-party websites or portals are governed by those services’ own privacy policies.
Confidential case information
Do not submit patient-identifying information, prescriptions, clinical records, or identifiable patient photos through ordinary website inquiries or SMS/MMS. Contact the lab for the approved secure case-submission channel.
